At first all I drank was bottles of water with lemonade flavor packets, or just lemonade, with a few other things. Now, aquafina flavor splash, fuse, gatorade, fruit2o, and snapple until they changed their stuff is pretty much the staple of my liquid diet.

Does (or did) Snapple make a decaf tea? I thought they were pretty high in caffeine.

I only drank Snapple Apple, there was no caffeine in it, but when they changed their stuff it didn't taste as good to me...

Ah, cool, I didn't realize they made any non-tea products

Dude, they so do, and, well, they were good stuff, you should check it out at your local big ass grocery store when you have the time...

Keep it up Matt!! I've cut caffeine out of my life also, for the most part.

I don't drink soda, lot's of bad crap in there besides the caffeine your putting in your body. The amount of soda cans I've consumed in the last 6 months can be counted on one hand. The things I do drink besides water on a regular basis include:

Arizona Green Tea (Caffeine Free version)
Sam's Club Flavored Water (carbonated and fruit flavored)
Simply Orange (and other juices)
Powerade Zero

A couple of weeks ago I drank a Coke Zero and thought how much it tasted like real coke, thinking that my taste buds were so not used to coke that I couldn't tell I was drinking a coke zero.

Thanks dude. I've come to a balance. I drink coffee in the morning. One travel...no more. From there on it's water...regular or flavored.

My will power is pretty strong most of the time. Someone had a beverage cart at work today (something that happens on milestone anniversaries and the like...the drinks are free to the employees). It was loaded with water, juice, coffee, and...wait for it...regular and diet Dr. Pepper. I gave it a glance as I walked by.

Oh I wanted a Dr. Pepper...diet or otherwise, but I walked on. I've been hitting the gym lately. Rested yesterday...going back tonight.
